Inspired by a range of dances such as salsa, flamenco, reggaetón and hip hop, Zumba is a dance class that transforms your fitness routine into a fiesta. 

Our Zumba dance classes combine exercise and dance to deliver a fun and motivating cardio session and is ideal for those looking to start their fitness journey, seniors or people who want to change up their usual routine.

So, whether you can keep a beat or you're a beginner with two left feet, we have the best Zumba fitness classes to get everyone up and moving.

Zumba Gold 

Zumba Gold is a low intensity dance fitness class ideal for beginners, over 50's and active seniors.

​There is no jumping, spinning or knee twisting in any of the routines.

I concentrate on easy to follow choreography which improves coordination, flexibility, range of motion, 

balance, toning and light cardio.

​The music is a mix of Latin and International sounds including Flamenco, Bollywood, Salsa, Cumbia,

Indian Pop and some good old pop thrown in!
